I need yall help with what I won't be able to find on Google :) You know... the REAL deal tips from yall who's been there done that! This is a supervisory role btw. I'll be meeting with directors of quality and compliance and clinical supervisor. What to do what to do!

Much appreciated!

If you're being considered for a management role, you'll they'll probably want to assess your people skills; making assignments, managing conflict, coaching, counseling, (customer) service recovery, negotiation, dealing with disruptive physicians, etc. They'll also be interested in your knowledge of relevant regulations - JC, CMS, etc.

You may want to ask them about their staffing model - what is the skill mix? what are the hours of care per patient day? how are call-ins handled? how often/when will you be required to take an assignment?

Good luck. Let us know how it turns out.
