  1. Hi y'all Do you have any advice on what to expect for my follow-up panel interview regarding chronic care management? What questions would I run into as an RN? Is it behavioral questions usually? I need yall help with what I won't be able to find on Google :) You know... the REAL deal tips from yall who's been there done that! This is a supervisory role btw. I'll be meeting with directors of quality and compliance and clinical supervisor. What to do what to do! Much appreciated!
  2. I thought about that too! But I was thinking like they won't need to train me much hopefully that's a plus for them? I was a medical assistant prior to being RN. Thanks for your input! What a dilemma for me T.T
  3. Hey all Is it possible for this new grad to apply for a non RN job with my active license? It's impossible to get in the door otherwise! I'm talking medical scribe, medical assistant, unit secretary, telephone person ANYTHING ..... BUT with the active RN license will they just dismiss me as being overqualified? like i'm stuck between a rock and a hard place now. Anyone has ever done something like that? Please lemme know what to do. Thank you
  4. I was too chicken so my friends checked on breeze for my name. Hope this helps! Stay positive !
  5. I passed at 240 questions everyone!!! So don't be discouraged. Stay positive! Thank you!
  6. thanks for reaching out! best of luck to you!
  7. Hi everyone I got 240 questions done in 5 and a half hours! It was the hardest test i've ever taken. Half way through I didn't know what I was doing no more! I'm feeling pretty grim and desolate right now. Now I'm thinking take the weekend off and not check anything til next week to decompress. Question being: for CA peeps how do you check official results? And how long did it take to post for you? I'm not going to do the famous but unreliable PVT (can't handle the stress) so I'm looking for official channels. Like verify license by name? Or log in to BreEZe to check top right corner. Is there any other way to check? I heard if you fail there's no concrete indicator... just you dont have a license number AND 2 weeks after testing they send you a performance report on your weakness... Like does it actually say pass or fail on Breeze? I think that'd be nice. Cuz I'll have a heart attack if I gotta wait 2 weeks just to get that dreadful letter in the mail Thanks all.
  8. Hi fellow brave nursing students How do I find the official results about nclex rn in Cali? I've been reading about the pop up trick but since it's not reliable I'd rather save my sanity so I've been looking for a legit way to find out if I pass or fail... Graduated in December. Friend took it feb 28 and found out her result today on breeze license verification already. I'm willing to wait it out over the weekend but I just need a solid way to find out my result comes Monday. Do I go on breeze and type my name in? Do I call any automated license phone number? Or do I wait 2 weeks to see if the CPR get sent home to tell me of the bad news... Any pointers anyone? Took it today and shut off at 240 questions with half hour to spare out of the 6 hours! Fried my brain real good Or to put it in the words of Leslie Knope.. "Everything hurts and I'm dying" Got about 20 SATA or so. SO MUCH delegations! SO MUCH priority patient! SO MUCH infection control! Once it's past the 75 mark I started feeling so lost. As in I didnt just eliminate 2 options.. I eliminated all FOUR! Anyone in the same boat or feel the same way please reach out with some good vibes. Thanks all!
