Okay, I need your advice my fellow nurses!!!!!! Please advise
Based on these conditions, do you think I passed?!
*Took the NCLEX-RN today at 0800
*Got 75 questions
*Had 17-20 SATA questions, however my LAST question wasn't an SATA question
*No Med Calculations
*No Audio Questions
*I tried the Pearson Vue trick at 1500 (6 hours AFTER the test) and it blocked me from registering again..
I know everyone says the Pearson Vue trick is legit, HOWEVER- how soon will it block you?! I know you have to wait until the 6 hours are up (because the computer will think you're still taking the test and automatically block you) AGAIN HOWEVER- how soon after will it block you!? Exactly after the 6 hours?!
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME! I'M GOING CRAZY!!!!! Based on the information I gave you- do you think I passed?!
Thank you so much in advance for your replies!!!!!! :redbeathe

From what I understand the "trick" should work as soon as it says "delivery successful" by the test you took on your "Current Activity" page. I don't think it's an exact science, not even sure how people figured out the trick or if it is infallible. It sounds like you probably passed, but don't break out the champagne until you get your official results
I just took the test today too and got the "good" pop up but feel very uncertain right now so I'm right there with you.

Here's my advice: Chill....
You probably passed - about 90% of first-time takers do... probably more for those who pull 75 questions.
Either you passed or you didn't. Presume the former, prepare for the latter. In the meantime, cut yourself a break.

It sounds like CONGRATULATIONS is in order! However, like the previous post stated, wait until you receive your official results. I'm taking NCLEX-RN on 3/4. Was it very difficult and what did you use to prepare?
Thanks :-))

Well, with 75 questions you either passed or failed with a resounding score. Best of luck with your official results. Congratulate yourself on getting the test done.

Congrats for passing!! I saw your post under the NCLEX discussion! I'm STILL anxiously waiting to hear my results! I'm in CA- so they say it takes a bit longer..what state are you?!
I hope I fall into the same statistics as everyone else for the PVT!! :) Again, congrats!
Thank you I live in AZ so our results usually come through the day after we take our test. That sucks about the CA BoN taking so long but I'm sure you passed; the trick has been proven right time after time.
Please let me know when you do find out you passed.

I definitely will! CA takes foreverrrrrr!! It says the last time they updated it was yesterday, but it didn't post until today..so I'm hopinggggg since they didn't update it today- tomorrow they'll have CA done for Wednesday test takers as well! :) I've never waited so patiently in my life. I'll keep you updated!
Thanks for the support!
Thanks! =) I'm just hoping this PVT thing is legit- but based on the threads..it is..so i'm keeping my fingers crossed!!!
Thanks! Cuz right about now, I feel horrible..so let's hope this is true! :)

Yea, I'm definitely gonna wait to celebrate! Everyone says its surreal to see your name on the BRN- so I'm hoping to feel that way soon, anyday now..as for my testing materials..I used Hurst Review, Saunders edition 3, Saunders flash cards & the Kaplan Strategy book- all those helped IMMENSELY! :) I would highly suggest using them for reference! Best of luck to you!
