Hello everyone, I have an interview for a fellowship program tomorrow and I am not sure about what should I wear. I have a black pencil skirt and a satin blouse and some pointy shoes but I am afraid to look too business like more than looking like a future nurse. Please any advise will be highly appreciated.

I've always believed that business or business casual was appropriate. Pretend that you're the interviewer; dress like someone you'd hire.

You can't go wrong with business attire.

So what exactly does a "future nurse" wear?
All white dress, white hose, white shoes, white nurses hat, modest hairstyle, navy blue cape, and a smile!
LOL when I said more like a future nurse I meant a little bit less formal. I apologize if I offended anyone. I am not trying to stereotype
If I was on the interview panel and someone showed up wearing that, I'd be so discombobulated that I'd give it to 'em just for intestinal fortitude....especially if it was a guy
Its a job interview, wear what is acceptable attire. Just a hint: I wore a suit when I interviewed for a fellowship.

I don't think you can be too bussiness-like for any interview, an interview *is* business. You want to be taken seriously.
Thank you to all that posted a reply. I when for the outfit I previously mentioned and I am glad I did since most of the people that was being interview were dressed very formal. Now I just have to wait to see if I made the cut.
So hello kitty scrubs wouldn't have cut it? Good to know...good to know

Just tell me you remembered to wear your WWFD? (What Would Florence Do?) bracelet, right?
