HELP HELP ! :yeah:ANYONE KNOW WHERE A LINK OR PDF FILE....ETC. OF A PERFECT (WRITTEN WITH ALL NORMALS) SOAP NOTE???IN A GRADUATE PROGRAM AND NEED TO FIND A SOAP NOTE (WITH ALL SHORT HAND DATA) FOR NORMAL VALUESBUT DIFFICULT TO FIND ON THE INTERNET..... OR JUST A WELL WRITTEN SOAP NOTE TO FOLLOW... ANYTHING COULD HELP AT THIS POINT
