Hello! What should I do to get a job!

Where do I get a job? I use indeed... I am not qualified for half these jobs because I don't have experience. So what shall I do?

Where have you looked? LTC's hire many LPN's around me will do new grads. Or home health? Those are the big hiring bodies of LPN's in my area. Hospitals no longer utilize LPN's and all clinics around here use MA's

Look everywhere not just indeed. Try career builder, simply hired, usajobs.gov, monster, Craigslist, classifieds, hospital websites, etc...

The vast majority of the nursing homes in my area do not advertise positions online. I found my first LPN job by walking in, applying in person, and speaking to a nurse manager during business hours.

Sometimes you must pound the pavement to achieve the desired outcome, especially if you are a new grad.

Well I have neer worked as an LVN before. How should I go about getting a job? I send apps through indeed and call people from nursing school. But still no job. Any tips? Thanks!
