Hello.

I just found this forum and it is wonderful!

I'm currently taking pre-req's and co-req's at Daytona Beach Community College. I've applied to the nursing program and will get a letter sometime mid-July to find out the verdict.

Anyone here going to DBCC? Can you give me a head's up on what you're going through????

My younger sister lives up in Michigan.....Sterling Heights. And she's also thinking about about doing the "nursing thing".

Hi Shiva !

I am also enrolled and will be taking LPN in Jan. 04 at DBCC. I can't stand the wait for that letter. I had originally been assigned to begin August 04 but moved up to Jan. according to the counseling dept. but I need to see that in writing. This board is really interesting, informative and humorous, need I say more ?? I hope you enoy it. Good luck.

Shiva, Welcome to the board from another Floridian! I'm up the road in Jacksonville. I'm waiting for my acceptance letter too...should have it by the end of July. I'm finished up with all my prereqs for FCCJ, so I'm really hoping to get in this time.
