Hello everyone! I am a senior in High school and I am very interested in the nursing field. I plan on attending UAB in fall of 07" and working towards my RN. I am thinking about going from there and becoming a CRNA. If their are any CRNA's out there or anyone that is knowledgeable about this career please contact me!

Welcome to the site! If you don't get a response from here, you might check out the CRNA and Pre-CRNA Forums. Good luck.

Welcome. Definately check out the CRNA Forum, but first the pre-CRNA forum here: https://allnurses.com/forums/f16/ There are a few stickey's there. If you have further questions be sure to ask on those forums.
Becoming a CRNA is a long, competetive process so study hard and make good grades. After getting a BSN, you need to have two years of critical care experience as an RN before you apply. Good luck.

Actually, the minimum requirement is one year of critical care experience.
