Hello everyone. I am back after a year away- I didn't get into a BSN program and got very discouraged, so I switched my degree to Bio and just have a year left. It's discouraging that I have to take a few classes over because the jr. college/lower level classes wouldn't count (give me a break, my classes there were harder!) but I think overall I am happy with my decision. And, I think I will apply to some accelerated BSN programs after I graduate. I love nursing, I just don't like the infrastructure of some of the schools, and the fact like I was being told I wasn't "good enough" for anything.
Well that's my feelings, fwiw. look forward to reading your discussions again!

Congrats to you! It always feels good to be moving forward!
I was looking on-line at jobs and found that several research positions required a B.S.N. OR a Biology degree. You might be surprised at what that degree opens up for you!
Pat-on-the-back, you know what you want and you're going for it!
