Hi everyone, I am currently taking prereqs for the ADN program at HCC. I am almost done with my associate's so I can do a BSN program as well, but my focus is HCC. I know it's kind of early but are there any HCC fall 2020 future applicants? HCC's deadline is strange lol I have everything completed this Winter, but because the deadline for spring 2020 was August, I'm too late to apply.? It's ok though because things always happen for a reason! I just pray I get in! My ADN PROGRAM grades are as follow:
AP1: B
AP1LAB: A
AP2: C >.> ? NEEED TO RE-TAKE LOL
AP2 LAB: PENDING
MICROBIOLOGY: A
MICRO LAB: A
ENGL 1: A
HUMAN GROWTH: A
Psych: A
I have yet to take the HESI because I'm not done yet BUT my projected completion day will be around January.
I will update in spring 2020 when I am ready to submit the application! ?
Question: Do I HAVE to re-take AP2? I will if I have to though
so im in an alternative list. since I couldn't upload my blue card on June 30. I uploaded my receipt instead of a blue card. I uploaded the blue card after I saw my email which said I have to upload it by July 30. they sent my progression notice on July 2nd and never got my orientation registration. after more than 7 emails I emailed a different advisor who is taking care of orientation and she said she did not got my name from admission, and she emailed the admissions and told my progression email was an error and I have to wait until August 1 for orientation. I'm upset that august 3rd is the last day to apply for Spring and I will end up losing both
Oh you got the alternate email I know some people who got the alternate email they wasn’t told anything about orientation yet only that they would know their status by August 1st. I’m not sure how they doing the alternate orientation because I thought y’all would be at the regular orientation.
So basically the people who going to orientation are accepted who ever turn down their spots y’all will get called and have another orientation? They didn’t say how the alternate list was ordered like by points or what
@Beebee10 I think we can reapply, no I never go any orientation link. I got a progression notice and I came to know that it was an error. I don't even know how many people are in alternative list

Do you mind if I ask your scores / GPA? Trying to get a good idea but a lot of people are shy
