HCC Applicants for Spring 2010

Hi all, I applied to the nursing program at HCC for spring 2010 and I was wondering if there is anybody who might have done the same thing. At this point I'm extremely anxious trying to find out if I got accepted or how long will it take for them to decide it??? Does anyone know anything???? I appreciate any replies. :uhoh21:

Looks like we will be in the same class then, if we both get our first choice. Actually, I can't do the program unless I get into that one, so I hope I do!

So glad to look in my mailbox and find an acceptance letter!! Woo Hooo. Now the wait for orientation. Hey I have a question about the part of the letter that states to bring CPR card to orientation, but not to attempt to register prior to orientation. Does that mean if I don't have one I'm skrewed???

Good question, glad you noticed messa2122. I guess we'll be calling the program on Monday.

I dont have a CPR card. "Please bring proof of current CPR certification".

"Please do not attempt to register prior to you attending Orientation." Register for what? classes?? or Register for the CPR class? Goodness!

Surely they mean don't attempt to register for classes. I don't have a current CPR card either.

I think they mean don't register for classes even though registration will open before orientation.

I got a letter for an alternate position. Question, what was everyone's GPA? I'm curious to see where I stand. Congrats to everyone who got in and hopefully you will get your campus choice.
