HCC ADN Fall 2008 Applicants

Anyone applying to Houston Community College for the fall? I signed up today for the HESI. I am scheduled to take it on 3/29. If I do well, they will place me into the summer pharmacology course. I am a little nervous. I would love to hear from any students that are in the program. Any tips on the HESI & the Pharm. class would be helpful! :bugeyes: The thought of it... ahhh it boggles my mind! LOL

Anyone else having issues signing into HCC's system? The main one, not the WebCT signon. The one you use to register/view grades/etc. It's not working for me as of 7:00 Saturday, 08/09/08. Says "invalid sign on time".

I was in there earlier in the day and when I signed in it said they were doing maintenance work. I think it will be down tomorrow as well.:rolleyes:

I got an A!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :yeah: Now this is me for 2 weeks lol BUT not a beach just a pool!!! :onbch:

Thanks to everyone! I am sooo happy this class is over... I hope we all get accepted on here bc I do plan on meeting all of you. Maybe the day of orientation we can all meet up for breakfast. We are all very encouraging and so positive towards eachother. We can only really vent with nursing students bc we know how it is to go thru what we are experiencing. I am grateful for all of you. You are all GREAT and we will make GREAT NURSES :nurse:. NOW LETS WAIT FOR THE ACCEPTANCE LETTER. AHHH THE WAIT IS ON!!! :banghead:

Yes, I would email your prof. tomorrow if its not up by tomorrow morning! You should also call Ms. Mary Clark and see what she advises... if she can LOL. I am sure that the nursing dept. can see that you already took it though. I would def. call if you dont get an answer by noon.

hey do any of you guys know what are the colors of the scrubs? One of my friends that just went to take the math part of the pharm got her acceptance letter friday as well and was asking me about that. She so glad I'm on this website and got all the info! LOL!

The scrubs will be a white top with black bottoms I actually like them!!!

I don't know if you guys have noticed but this thread is always on the top of the texas region and it has the most posts by any! 300+ and going!! all these readers must think, "damn, those HCC students sure have alot to talk about!" LOL! :D
