Has anyones school been affected by Sandy?

I'm on long island, school was closed last week, a lot of people are still out of power, and gas is hard to come by.

I just wanted to check in and make sure everyone is ok.

My school was closed all last week, they're finally reopening Thursday.

My school was closed last week from Monday-Wednesday. They have added two extra days to the semester. I am in Maryland.

Im not sure which school you go to but AACC added 3 days because we were out three. Kinda cool kinda not.

@ thenameismac yes I am at AACC. Yeah my final was going to be December 10 but thanks to sandy it is now December 17.

Oh. I have classes Mon-Fri. My last final is on Dec 19. :( It sucks.

SCCC does not know , what they are going to do about the missed days. :(

My School was closed from Last Monday and is re-opening tomorrow. I waited on line for gas for an hour yesterday to fill up my tank. Ugh! We will be making some of the missed days up.
