Do Not go to this school!!! I did and it was a waste of a year. Everything they tell you is a lie. For the person who asked about the "bump", the whole school is a bump. As far as clinicals-what clinicals?? If you do go- good luck!!

I do not agree with you, Laura. I am a student there, graduating on August and I do have clinicals, and good clinicals. I got to practice all the skills that I learn in Lab.

Since it doesn't have .edu at the end of its url but .org I do not think it is registered as a "school".

Is it like those "Olympia college" training centers for Medical assistants and LPNs?

My clinical now is in a hospital(Kindred) and I am OK with clinicals in Nursing homes, because this is a "LPN program"and unfortunatelly, most hospitals do not hire LPNs like Nursing home do.

I am replying to my own thread! I wish that I could change the day that I tought about going to J'Renee. If anyone going there be aware. At the begining was OK, but now we are completely lost. In less than a month, one techer was fired and two gave a resignation letter. She has one teacher left! We are almost done with medical surg and I fell that I have not learn anything! Up to last month things were not so bad, but now I don't now what could be worse. I heard that in the last bach, some people graduated without give an injection! What kind of nurse I am going to be? God help us!

I told you. Just wait. Do you guys have any teachers anymore? I graduated in January, passed my boards, but cannot work because they wont give me my pharm certificate. The schools a joke. I give it another year.

You are right about the injections. We gave one only. We never did IV's, gtubes, catheters, glucose testing, urine tests. You know the lab sign off sheets you get and they tell you everything has to be signed in order for you to graduate? We maybe made it through half of page one. You will graduate, dont worry. Everyone does. You just wont know anything.
