Of course. People have failed using Saunder's. If you go out to Barnes and Noble, buy the Saunder's products and leave them to sit on the coffee table at home (to impress your guests, I guess), well, the odds of passing the NCLEX aren't that great.
However, if you buy them, use them religiously (follow Suzanne4's plan for example), there's a much better chance of you passing the test.
I don't mean to be a smart alec here, but it's all in how you apply yourself. It's not a good luck medallion, it's a study aid designed to help you pass. :)

I agree. I used mine religiously and passed first time. Even though I did not feel like I passed when I left the testing center I did. My advice is to study study study and then study some more. Then when you think you know every thing as best as you can do it all over again. Good luck to you on your test.
