Jen, Long ago and far far away in nursing schools, pediatrics was traditionally the "hardest" course study wise - not clinical wise. (I am from the south) I really do not know now what course would be the hardest - I do know nsg theory and nsg research are viewed as hard, but they really are interesting. good luck with your studies - frankie RN for a long long time
In my school nsg210 (Mother/Baby) seems to be the breaker for a lot of students. Unfortunatly that is what I am in now. It's not the clinicals but the tests. I got my first 80% and was really bummed since I thought I did much better. I'm not sure how your program is set up but there is always that one class that is harder than all the others for some reason.
Good luck!!!

I am starting my nursing classes in January and I am getting very curious and excited to start. Does anyone have an opinion on which class is the hardest...the one I need to watch out for? I am going to give 100% to all of my classes, but I do like to be forewarned, rather than slapped upside the head, if you know what I mean. Thanks! :)
