I had my interview last week but I was given a 221g letter stating that my documents will still be reviewed by them and will just receive a letter regarding the result. I have given them all docs that the consul needed. For me, I answered the consul's questions quite well. Actually there were two of them so I think one is some sort of a trainee. I was not asked for any additional docs either. The consul didnt even inform me that my case has to be reviewed. By the end of the interview, she just asked me to take my seat and wait for my number to be called.
At releasing ( when I thought everything was ok) the lady told me about the 221g letter and gave me the pink slip. she said that I will just pay for the courier service just in case the consul decides to send the visa without a second interview.
To all who have undergone this same frustrating experience, please kindly tell me how long it took you to be called for interview or got your visas.
hello there..I have not yet received my visa..Im still hoping it will arrive today or tomorrow or anytime this week.pls continue praying.Dont lose HOPE.I have been sending emails and fax every week,I no longer calls the Embassy hotline coz its quite expensive.GODBLESS to all.
hi paraw thank you for your reply...as for me same here ebay_sumi and me are really worried already and really its like were in checkmate. I hope and pray we have some good news soon. its so hard emotionally because I really have tried my best and really same with my employer. I hope they would hear our plea, and have our visa soon.
you have been interview last july yet your paper has just been reviewed last Aug 15?

It was my second time to call the embassy. I think the first one was after 2 weeks of my interview. The guy who answered my query told me "as of aug 15..." so I think that the embassy updates our record on the computer. I also think they might have started processing my papers last aug 15.
hi everyone today is the most memorable day in my Life.Its Sept 8 and the feast day of Mama Mary,at around 8 in the morning DELBROS called me up and told me that my visa will be delivered today.GOD IS REALLY GOOD.ALAS! I have been interviewed last june 19 and was asked to submit a contract with pre and post nclex salary.I submitted them last june 28 and I have been calling the embassy almost twice a month but they said that my docs are still for review,SInce its expensive to call the embassy I opt to write them emails and fax.and it took me 2 months and 1week before i heard a news from delbros,To those who are patiently waiting for their visa pls have faith.Only God knows the right TIME for our visa to be delivered,To all those who contribute their experiences here in this forum Thank you very much for giving me strength and inspiration.GODBLESS EVERYONE AND I DO HOPE U WILL ALSO RECEIVE UR VISA SOON!
