Hi mariel! Thanks. You know, I waited like almost 6 years for that moment. My first agency which I have devoted 2 years of my precious time didnt work out. Then this... But I believe in the saying that " THE MORE DIFFICULT IT IS FROM THE BEGINNING, THE MORE REWARDING IT IS IN THE END" So til now, Im still in heavenly bliss... Thanks again..

interview date: july 17, 2006 september 13: delbros website says " shipment has been released by embassy" " shipment in distribution center" sept 15: text message received telling me to prepare id and authorization letter sept 16: got our visas!!!!!:roll:roll it has been my routine to check the website of delbros every morning and night ( as well as check this forum 2x! i'm actually keeping a list of people who got and who havent gotten their visas yet as well as their respective interview dates! and i think its just me and paraw who are visaless!) i could hardly believe it when i checked online that our "shipment has been released" yet i still have this feeling that it might just be a letter and not our passports, or our passports without a visas ( yes ive been such a pessimist).. why cant delbros just say visa released instead of shipment released hehehehe. anyways.. those 61 days has really drained me. it hasnt been easy for someone who is so impatient.. so when i finally got hold of our passports and visa packets, i literally jumped up and down in front of the courier!! to all those who are still waiting...i tell you..when you get your visas.. the longer it gets the joy, happiness , and everything else is much greater! praise to our divine mercy and mama mary!!

It was my second time to call the embassy. I think the first one was after 2 weeks of my interview. The guy who answered my query told me "as of aug 15..." so I think that the embassy updates our record on the computer. I also think they might have started processing my papers last aug 15.

On my 8th week of waiting. I called the embassy yesterday and I was told that as of August 15, my case is still being reviewed and I was told to call back on Sept 27th:rolleyes:

Same here. After 2 weeks and 1 day of waiting, I called and the lady told me that it's still on process and that I will just wait coz either the visa will just be delivered or I might receive a letter stating the next step and also...no need for me to call back.(sigh)

all those feelings you mentioned, the "what ifs" i also have those...plus..everytime my cellphone gives out a message alert tone, id literally jump..wondering if its from delbros! to think i always track my visa(hoping) at their website twice a day..i think im going nuts!!!

Hi! Its me again...reading the above posts, I could see that most cases are either due to lack of dox or fees paid at the embassy but mine is different. I'd like to know also if there are people who have the same case as mine wherein consul did not ask for any additional documents (and no fees paid for dependents at the time of interview) BUT were asked to wait for further review. Please kindly post also. thanks
