HACC Lawsuit?

I had planned to obtain my Associate's Degree from Excelsior College, but with VA & GA BON's recently deciding that they would soon not accept a degree from EC, I decided to go the traditional route (I want to eventually be a travel nurse & don't want to be limited in locations by where I got my degree!). So I'm now looking into the program at HACC. A coworker just told me that HACC has TWO federal lawsuits against them & their medical director quit/got fired. He said he personally knew of someone that got discharged from the program for some stupid technicality that they wouldn't budge on.

Just wondering if anyone else has heard any of this stuff? Thanks!
