Gwynedd Mercy University Weekend Option Fall 2017

Hi, I wanted to know if anyone attended Gwynedd Mercy University's BSN weekend option program, or is planning on applying for the Fall 2017. I am unable to find a lot of information about the program just some basic stuff. I would like to know about the work load as well as the times of meeting on Saturdays and Sundays. Also, I would like to know what a typical Saturday/Sunday is like in the program. Moreover, I have applied for the Fall 2017 BSN weekend option as well as 24 month BSN program. I am just waiting to hear back from them. Any information that you have to share is welcomed and appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Hello Nish yes I did!! I really want to get into a 2 year program so I am still trying to figure out which way I want to go. I am also waiting on other 2 other schools that I applied to. Did you ever apply to Neuman? I was thinking about applying there but didn't finish my application.

Congrats Lovely 39! Yes, I did apply to Neumann, but I never got around to sending in my transcripts to them. I got into 's 24 month program, so I am going to go there. Moreover, I would like to be in a shorter program and this program is a year shorter than Gwynedd. Now, i will not have to take biochemistry which is a relief. What other schools did you apply to?

Oh man congrats to you too!! I want to get into a shorter program also, no more than 2 years. I applied to Thomas Jefferson and Villanova, so I am praying that I get into one of them. If not I will stick with he 16 month program. I want to apply to Neuman I just got to get around to doing those Essays.

Hey everyone,

Sorry for the late response, but I was also accepted to the Weekend BSN program at GMU. It seems to be a great school. I'm waiting to hear back from Neumann and LaSalle for their part time BSN programs as well. I took all the pre-requisites already, but unfortunately my statistics class wouldn't transfer over to GMU, even though it did for the other two schools. Anyone else have a problem with your transfer courses at GMU? I provided a syllabus which covered all the statistics material for criminal justice; however, they said it was because it was titled differently as Techniques for Data Analysis instead of Statistics. I'm slightly aggravated about that, but am willing to still consider GMU. I was also accepted at 's Part Time BSN program, but there is no way I am paying $7000 every ten weeks out of pocket since they go by the quarter system. Maybe I'll see some of you in the fall! Good luck to those who applied. They are really fast with admissions decisions at GMU.
