Hi, I wanted to know if anyone attended Gwynedd Mercy University's BSN weekend option program, or is planning on applying for the Fall 2017. I am unable to find a lot of information about the program just some basic stuff. I would like to know about the work load as well as the times of meeting on Saturdays and Sundays. Also, I would like to know what a typical Saturday/Sunday is like in the program. Moreover, I have applied for the Fall 2017 BSN weekend option as well as Drexel 24 month BSN program. I am just waiting to hear back from them. Any information that you have to share is welcomed and appreciated. Thank you in advance!

I would like some information too! Have you heard back from them?
I was accepted into the part time weekend program at Gwynedd Mercy. However, I am still waiting to hear from Drexel. Hopefully, I will hear from them soon. I don't want to pass up my seat at Gwynedd by not paying the deposit because Drexel takes too long to let me know if I was accepted or not.
I put my application in late for Gwynedd Mercy weekend program. I submitted it Monday and submitted my last transcript yesterday, so hopefully they receive everything next week. How long did it take for you to hear back from them? How long do they give you to pay the deposit? I am also waiting on Drexel to let me know something. I keep checking the portal everyday and its been saying the same thing since August. It would be really nice to know something sooner than later.
It took about 4 weeks for me to hear back from Gwynedd Mercy. I am not sure about the amount of days. I would have to look at it again. I believe it is 60 days though. Did you apply for the 24 month or the 11 month program with Drexel? I am constantly checking the portal everyday too. I agree that it would be nice to know something sooner than later. Did you apply to any other schools?
I applied to the 24 month program at Drexel. I also applied to Villanova, and I am working on Thomas Jeffersons application now. Did GMU email you or call you when you learned that you were accepted?
Oh ok, those are some good schools. GMU called me and informed me of my acceptance. The representative told me that I would be receiving my acceptance package in the mail in a few day in which I did receive.
Congratulations!! I will be praying and will let you know what happens.
Thank you!! Good luck to you with the schools you have applied to.
I got accepted into the Accelerated program at GMU even though they had me for the wrong starting date. I applied for May and they had me for January, and I told her that I haven't even taken CHM ll, so she has to change it. I also submitted my application to the BSN weekend there, and if I can get into that program I would rather take the longer route.
Congrats on your acceptance! I just registered to take biochemistry for the spring semester along with statistics. I looked at the weekend class schedule for the program and the first semester is actually 4 classes which makes me wonder how intense will it be if I decided to apply for the ABSN program. I guess I was trying to move faster to a new career. Currently, I am a teacher.
I was wondering the same thing. I was trying to figure out how would they do the classes. Will they be half online and then the class on the weekend? I live in MD and I have a family, I want to do the 16 months but I just can't see driving there everyday. Three years is long but I think coming up on the weekends will be better. If I don't get in I will have to stick with the 16 month program and work something out. Where will you be taking biochemistry at?
