I couldn't find another thread for GSU fall 2014 so I wanted to create one and hopefully meet all the applicants. Is anyone else as nervous as I am and when should we be expecting those letters?
Hi CB93! I am applying for Spring 2015 to the ACE Nursing Program. Can you or other members in this thread answer this question I have.. I need SNHP 3000 and NURS2010 for the ACE nursing program these are the only two that I need and I did a class look up for Fall 2014 and saw that there are no more spots available to take the NURS 2010 class. Can you still be accepted into the program even though you cannot sign up for one of the classes you need until the semester you start the program in? Anyone have a similar issue?? What happened??
Hi mariguezzz! As far as i know you cannot start the program until you have all the prerequisites completed. What I would do is talk to a councelor about it and ask them to manually place you in the class or wait until the first monday of the semester when everyone who has not paid for tuition gets dropped from their courses.

Thank you so much for responding. I am going to try registering for the class starting with the first day I am able to register. Great advice about the first Monday of the semester I forgot about that... Thanks again!

Yes, just like Concrete Rose says it is very diverse. There are a lot of first time degree students, second and third degree students (including me!), and students with kids etc. I think GSU in general is pretty diverse. I got my first degree at GSU and graduated a while ago and as far as diversity goes, things haven't changed much - they are still diverse! Age ranges from 20 to late 50s in my classes right now!
