GRU BSN Fall 2015

Hey y'all! Just turned in my application for GRU's Fall 2015 - all of my stuff has been turned in and confirmed, just waiting for them to change the status! Anyone else out there who has applied?I had a TEAS of an 86% and a GPA of 3.65. This will be my second bachelor's degree. I have some experience - volunteering for the last four years at various places (only six months at a hospital) and obtained my CNA this last summer. I am nervous!!

I notice that last year it was a rolling admission it seemed like and since my status still says incomplete for some reason (admissions says that the system takes a bit to update and that they do have everything), I'm still a bit worried!

My status and required documents changed on Friday as well! I cannot wait to get that letter in the mail!

Hi everyone! Does anyone know when GRU will be making their last round of decisions? I submitted the main part of my application in early December, but because of some technical difficulties, my references were not able to get their letters in until early February (thank goodness for the extension!) My status still says Ready to Review and I am very anxious seeing that so many other people have already received acceptances. I have a 3.6 GPA, 3.7 science/math GPA, a 90.7 on TEAS, and some shadowing hours, so I am right on par with others who have been accepted. I hope to hear soon!!

Your scores look great though so I'm sure you're good! Are you applying for Athens or Augusta?

I think they go all the way until the spots are filled, from what I gather it usually goes until late March/early April.

Your scores look great though so I'm sure you're good! Are you applying for Athens or Augusta?

I got my letter today :) It looks like we need two people to start a Facebook group, so if anyone wants to do that with me, I'm game.

Congrats!!!! I'm in on the FB group! When I went to dental hygiene school, our FB group was incredibly helpful for posting study notes, reminders for assignment due dates, organizing study groups, etc. Can't wait to meet my fellow classmates 😄
