GRU BSN Fall 2015

Published

Hey y'all! Just turned in my application for GRU's Fall 2015 - all of my stuff has been turned in and confirmed, just waiting for them to change the status! Anyone else out there who has applied?I had a TEAS of an 86% and a GPA of 3.65. This will be my second bachelor's degree. I have some experience - volunteering for the last four years at various places (only six months at a hospital) and obtained my CNA this last summer. I am nervous!!

I notice that last year it was a rolling admission it seemed like and since my status still says incomplete for some reason (admissions says that the system takes a bit to update and that they do have everything), I'm still a bit worried!

My status changed on Monday to decision made and today I got my acceptance letter in the mail!!!

Congrats!! What were your stats again, if you don't mind me asking? :)

I had a 3.5 cumlulative gpa and a 3.7 math/science gpa, with some volunteer hours. My gpa would have been a lot better but I work and go to school full time with a daughter

Specializes in MICU.

Yay congrats to everyone!!

I'm a current BSN student at the Athens campus, so if you have any questions, let me know :)

Congrats! I have tons of questions! How are the professors? Where do you do most of your clinically? What is the schedule like?

I was just notified today that I was accepted to the Athens campus!! My status are: 3.6 GPA, 84 TEAS, & a good bit of volunteer hours! Good luck to everyone still waiting.

I was notified today too that I was accepted to athens!!

Congrats to both of you!!!

Hello classmates HaleyWaters and Emily52196! Congrats! :)

Hi! Congratulations on your acceptance! Would you mind telling me how long it took for your status to change from 'ready to review' to 'decision made'? It's going on three weeks for me and I'm getting anxious haha.

ebry96 - it took mine about a month to change to decision made! I know the applications are typically viewed in order of when they were turned in, and they probably got a lot turned in the first few weeks of January!

@HaleyWaters that's very helpful! Thanks for getting back to me!
