GRU BSN Fall 2015

Published

Hey y'all! Just turned in my application for GRU's Fall 2015 - all of my stuff has been turned in and confirmed, just waiting for them to change the status! Anyone else out there who has applied?I had a TEAS of an 86% and a GPA of 3.65. This will be my second bachelor's degree. I have some experience - volunteering for the last four years at various places (only six months at a hospital) and obtained my CNA this last summer. I am nervous!!

I notice that last year it was a rolling admission it seemed like and since my status still says incomplete for some reason (admissions says that the system takes a bit to update and that they do have everything), I'm still a bit worried!

My status just changed today to "decision made" and my required documents changed as well. I'm praying that's a good sign!

Am I the only one who was accepted to the Augusta campus? I live about 25 minutes from Augusta. I'm feeling a little lonely, LOL. Congrats to everyone!! :)

My status changed to decision made, notification by mail. It also says the Background Consent Form is a required document not yet received. Hopefully that's a good sign :nailbiting:

what campus did you apply to?

Tamerea, I was accepted to the augusta campus I live in Grovetown so not that far away!

I too live in Grovetown - mine also changed statuses today to decision made - notification by mail. I am nervous!

It also asked for a background consent form, so I hope this is a good sign.

Good luck! I'm sure you will do fine.

I live in Grovetown too Sabrinaaaaj and Syairuuh!! Not feeling so lonely after all :-) Do either of you have families? I am married with kids. Any idea where you're taking the CPR/first aid class?

That's awesome! I have a daughter. I have my cpr certification but they only last two years so mine will expire in a year. I know a cop on Grovetown who said he gives the classes and the only thing we need to pay for is the certification. He does it for AHA which is the one we need I believe.

I am married and have one daughter. I have my CPR certification I got last summer, so I guess I'll need to get a new one as well (should the letter be good news, ha!)

I applied to the Augusta campus. I'll be staying on campus bc I live 2.5 hrs from Augusta

Did any of you that got accepted document requirements change?
