GRU BSN Fall 2015

Hey y'all! Just turned in my application for GRU's Fall 2015 - all of my stuff has been turned in and confirmed, just waiting for them to change the status! Anyone else out there who has applied?I had a TEAS of an 86% and a GPA of 3.65. This will be my second bachelor's degree. I have some experience - volunteering for the last four years at various places (only six months at a hospital) and obtained my CNA this last summer. I am nervous!!

I notice that last year it was a rolling admission it seemed like and since my status still says incomplete for some reason (admissions says that the system takes a bit to update and that they do have everything), I'm still a bit worried!

Hey there! Congrats to everyone who has been accepted to the GRU Athens campus so far! I am currently a junior in the program and a member of the SGA for the Athens class of 2016. :) I'm so excited to meet y'all at your open house and orientation! Please, please, don't hesitate to say hi to me or the others when you start school next semester!

My status changed to Decision Made last Friday, and I received my acceptance letter in the mail today, so I'm sure you will hear soon!!

hi, sorry for responding so late! My name is Alyssa - don't hesitate to approach me and say hi when school starts! Our class received information about open house and orientation in the summer time.. from Sarah Thomas, I believe. Open house is usually in the summer time, and orientation, is in the week prior to your first week of classes :)

I'm hoping to help with Open House in the summer, save my work schedule, so maybe I'll get to meet a few of you! Again, congrats to everyone who has been accepted--I can definitely say I'm glad I'm no longer in your shoes!

I have also been accepted to the Athens campus!! I am so excited and cannot wait to meet you all. We have waited so long for this!! I just requested an invite on the FB page. Does anyone know when orientation will be?

Did you request the fb page for the Athens group or the general one? Open house for the Athens campus is June 12, 12-4. It is not mandatory but suggested. Mandatory orientation is August 13th and 14th and class's start on the 17th. :) looking forward to meeting you!
