GRU / Augusta University MSN CNL Fall 2017

Published

Hey guys, anyone else applying to the CNL program at Augusta University ( previously known as GRU)? I am going to be applying and if admitted I think I would prefer to make my move a few months post acceptance. I have 2 bachelors and my passion is with Psychiatric Mental health but I really don't want another Bachelors so the CNL seems just fine to have under my belt until I maneuver into a DNP program. It all sounds so pricey but in the end I believe it will be worth the while. I know I am early but hopefully others are interested. My scores aren't great but I saw people with similar scores with acceptance so lets just pray. I have great grades it is just one school gave me F's instead of W's when I withdrew in 2008 and I have had hell getting it off my record but it has no bearing on my gpa it is still "good" just not where it could be without 4-5 F's.

Got my letter in the mail today! Accepted to the Augusta campus! So exciting!

Hey. Can someone explain to me how they could see their application status after submitting their application please. Like the decision made etc.

Nevermind I found it.

Okay. I may need that help after all. I saw a link to check application status, but my application can't be found.

Thanks soooo much!!! I really appreciate it. When could you see your status of your application? Before or after your interview?

Hi @NICUNurseToBe! My application status always said "Ready for Review" (Before and after interview) until about one week before I received the letter in the mail. Then it changed to "Decision made by Admissions, notification is by mail." It took a little while for me to be able to see the status of my application at all though, about a week after submitting through NursingCAS.

Okay great. Thanks so much for in the information. I contacted her and she said the option isn't offered due to us submitting our application through NursingCAS, but I guess that has someone truth to it. Thanks for everyones insight in everything so far. Fingers crossed I get an interview.
