Grossmont College Spring 2025 (San Diego)

Hi everyone! I'm starting a thread for Grossmont College's Spring 2025 admission. I've submitted my application and my stats are as follows: 94.0 TEAS; 4.0 GPA, which make 91 base points. I'm not sure if my language or personal statements will be accepted so I am at 91 points flat.

No one has gotten the email that the provisional acceptance is lifted right?

I have not received anything but my initial appointment with [MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME] is not for a few more days!

Yeah, I had mine a little while ago. I believe I remember her saying that I wouldn't have to go back on campus to go over the results, but I sent the email just to confirm.

Let me know what she says. I didn't see her name pop up for any available appointments. Do you know if we need to meet with her again for the provisional acceptance to be lifted?

Try using the link that's attached in the "post-acceptance checklist." That worked for me. But about the provisional acceptance, I don't think so because I recall her saying that I could do my second appointment after orientation. I'm not 100% on that though.

Yup! I just called and they're opening next week meetings on Monday! I'm nervous for the official notification. I hope it's sooner rather than later.

Me too LOL. But what meetings are you referring to? I saw openings for appointments as early as this Thursday.

Yes I had it on the 3rd. We went over my transcripts quickly, she showed me which classes I'd take which semester, and showed me where to apply for financial aid. It was a pretty quick appointment.

I will have my first appointment on the 23rd. Thank you all for the info!!

I also got my vaccination record, renewed my BLS CPR, made an appointment with my primary Dr for the medical exam form. Just need to make an appointment for TB test. Trying to get everything done 🙏🏼  We also need the nurse insurance thing.

Nothing yet! I'm hoping we'll get that soon since we're all being notified that our transcript evaluation is complete. Fingers crossed!
