Grayson County College LVN program

Hi! Anyone else start the lvn program at grayson this fall? Just looking to see if I have any buddies.

I am sure you will be fine. A friend of mine is taking the test at a pearson vue place tomorrow, but she never said if her's was online or not. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

She did take the test online & said that she feels pretty good. She'll be able to view her results in 48 hours. Your scores seem pretty good...just take into account that this is the first year GCC is using this version & NATIONWIDE the scores on this version are about 10 points lower than previous ones.

Thanks, with pearson vue i got my scores within 24 hours. I must confess i don't understand how the TEAS exams is graded but still hoping i will get into grayson this fall. Wishing the you the best on the second test.

On the last page of my results that I printed out from ATI testing, it gives you a breakdown of how it's graded. There are 150 questions total, but 20 of them aren't counted...they are just used for research. I don't have my results in front of me right now, but if you have yours, take a look at the last page & see if it shows you the same thing. Thank you, good luck to you as well!

Hello..I am applying for the LVN this fall too. I am currently waiting on my second Teas results. The first time I made a 73.3, which I thought was bad, but after reading all the posts about the scores being lower on version V, I am feeling a little better. I just hope I did better on the second test and not worse, LOL...I hope we all get in!!!! Have you guys turned in all your paperwork yet?

I wish you the best on the second test. Hopefully you will get accepted into the program. I already submitted other paper work the deadline for application is June 10

I got my second scores and I did a little better 78.0. I called the school and asked about the version V scores being lower and she said that they are averaging lower this year, so I think we all got a chance. I heard that we wont have to wait the whole month of June for out letters, they usually start mailing them out the week after the deadline! I am so anxious!!Good luck to all, hope to see you guys in the fall :)

Hello all!! Has anyone received their acceptance letters yet? I applied to the program as well as I am anxiously waiting for my acceptance letter.

I have not received anything yet..I am so anxious also..I pray to get that letter, and I want to know by this weekend :) Do you know when they usually send letters out?

I know we should have them by June 30th. But judging from previous posts, many people received their letters the friday after the deadline. So hopefully we should hear something tomorrow. I have been praying also and I believe that God will answer out prayers. God bless.
