My husband graduated nursing school 6 years ago in Texas and took NCLEX 3 times and failed. He is wanting to try again but Texas has the rule you have to test 4 years after you graduate. Oklahoma doesn’t have that rule I don’t think can he test there and then just get his license transferred to Texas?

Yes he can. He will need to start from scratch and once passed NCLEX he just needs to endorse to Texas

You can test in any state you want! That's the beautiful thing about nursing. You will just have to apply to the State BON that you want to be licensed in. They will require info from his school to be sent for verification purposes.
You can find out more info by going here: https://www.NCSBN.org/NCLEX-application-and-registration.htm
If you husband needs help developing strategies for NCLEX Success, please have him reach out to me!
