I got accepted to the program with 20 points, as did my friend. Nobody else we know has been accepted, although I heard that some students were accepted with 18 points.
In two semesters, Goodwin is switching from the NLN to the TEAS. No big deal, just be sure to study for the right exam. Make sure you have 7 classes (7 points), keep a GPA of at least 3.5 (3 points) and KILL it on the NLN/TEAS, whichever it is when you take it.
The coursework is much more extensive than it is at community colleges, but Goodwin is pricey, and you definitely get what you pay for. The materials and the professors are excellent, but if you want to know the information, you could learn it anywhere. The Goodwin professors are there to actually help you.
For lecture it has been a choice of Wed night (i think 5-8p) or Thursday morning 11-2 for NUR100 and 10-1p for NUR110. As far as clinicals there are several sites with days ranging from Monday to Saturday. If you have Fridays off, you should be fine. It is a lottery to choose your clinical site, and if you don't get your site and have to switch, they ask other students if anyone can switch. For both classes all students have been happy and worked together to help one another. As far as lecture, you will have to make yourself available for either Wed or Thurs. As you go through the program, I heard the upper classes are 6 hours for lecture and you can do two 3 hour days or sit for the 6 hours. Hopefully this helps you. But having a understandable/flexible job is going to be important. Not to mention it is about 20-30 hours of homework/studying. It is tough, but you can do it!

Hi Ctblueyes,
I definitely understand how you feel. I asked my advisor as well and they said they are still waiting on GPAs I'm assuming early next week we will find out. I am also a 16 and nervous
trying to be upbeat but knowing that 17s and "some " 16s were admitted is nerving. Good luck to you! :)
