Hello future nurse students! I decided to start a thread since no one had made one yet and it’s a little early but that’s okay! I'm curious to see how the application pool is for this semester. Feel free to leave any questions, comments, and/or your impaction score.
I applies for this Fall 19 with 16 points 7 classes and a cumulative gpa of 3.46 and the cut off was 16 points 7 classes and a cumulative gpa of 3.50.
Now I already reapplied for Spring. After this semester is over I’m going in with 18 points with a Teas score of 85.3.
I took my Teas yesturday I needed 79.8 and I only received a 78 so I only have 14 points ....???...I submitted my score anyways but I know I wont get it. It sucks when you do not have a previous degree My gpa is a 3.76 and I took all 7 classes at Goodwin ughhh. I'm going to take it again for next semester!
Oh my gosh!!! This is awesome for so many of us in here then!!!! I’m still paranoid and anxious won’t be officially fully excited till the letter is in hand!! But definitely puts a bit of the edge off..!
Yes but like you guys really herd or they told you 15 points was the cut off? Has it ever been that low? Ughhh anticipation is going to kill me! I have 15 points!
Judging by past threads, 15 is the lowest it’s been in a while! Maybe they didn’t get their 100000000 applicants like they usually get!? Either way. This is great news for all of us! ?
Hi sorry I am at work. I called on my lunch break and just asked. I told them I was super anxious and wanted to know the cut off. My advisor transferred me to the nursing dept they said it was 15 points but did not tell me gpa or anything like that.
Thanks for the Info ...I have 15 points and I literarly became fine with knowing I wasn't getting in this semester but you gave me some hope!!! I guess we all just have to wait until tomorrow or the next few days!
