So I just got a call a spot opened up for the nursing program that was declined and I took it!! I'm excited but I they said orientation already happened does anyone have any info they would care to share?

No you do not need 7 classes with 7 classes gives you 7 points for that section of the point system so since you will be eligible to apply for summer u will have 4 points for that section because you only took 4 classes at Goodwin. Keep in mind that they go by overall points, then amount if classes at Goodwin taken, then GPA. I hope this makes sense?!

I got a denial letter with 15 pts, 7 classes n gpa of 3.76! I wonder what the gpa cut off was!

Ok so it's a big envelope then? Ughhh I have to wait until 230 when my daughter gets home!

I called today also she said it was 15 ughhh was the envelope big or small!!! CONGRATS!!!!!! I don't get home until 5 so I'll let you guys know!

Thanks for the Info ...I have 15 points and I literarly became fine with knowing I wasn't getting in this semester but you gave me some hope!!! I guess we all just have to wait until tomorrow or the next few days!

Yes but like you guys really herd or they told you 15 points was the cut off? Has it ever been that low? Ughhh anticipation is going to kill me! I have 15 points!

I watched her but I felt like she was only helpful for the reading part not grammar like when to use commas, apostrophes, etc. I have elizabeth tran files from the Facebook pageswhich are pages long but I can read them and memorize them but if I dont practice I'm screwed lol And about the credits I ask because a friend transferred in like 30 credits in from a previous school and after this semester has accumulated 30 more from her time at Goodwin and her advisor said she would receive the 2 points for that tier of having 60 credits. But I thought all 60 had to be acquired previous to becoming a Goodwin student to receive points for that section?

I actually was wondering you know were it says previous degrees on are point system paper. Once we reach 60 credits if some credits received previous and the rest at Goodwin once it equals 60 credits would we get the points for that section or is it really all 60 have to be received previous? Becuase it says associates OR 60 credits.
