Good Nursing School in the Philippines

Published

Hi!

I would appreciate if some of you can give me some recommendations as to what school I should consider. I'm a college grad (business) and would like to take up Nursing as a second course. I would prefer a school which would take me less than 4 years.

My friend in the US recommended Carlos Lanting school because she knows a few people who graduated from this school and are now practicing in the US. Is this a good school?

Would appreciate any advice.

Yes. It is, try it out.

Specializes in ER (future assignment).

plese try arellano or fatima..

I already had a first degree before I took up my B.S.N. Try PWU in QC or Taft. They said that they have a program for 2nd coursers which will start this June. It's only a two year program; it's fast because it's trimestral. Good luck!

Try MCU in Caloocan

Our lady of fatima university accepts second courser. The university is also consistent with topnotchers.

The downside is that, if you failed their pre board [ 2 preboards ] , you are not allowed to take the licensure exam. but they will allow you once you attend their intensive review [ you need not take another preboard ]

I graduated last april, Ill take the board this december. [ no, i didnt failed.. i am actually top 4 overall on our last preboard ]

I will review inhouse and also outside for the next 6 months hoping for a spot in the top 10.

dr. carlos lanting would be great.. *proud*it may not be as popular as some nursing school but i guaranteed its fully packaged! competent and home of future nurses... more on skills, ideal setting xmpre complte theory... were also good in board exm some got the top ten spot... lsome of the graduates are currently practcing their skills abroad like what u'r friend told you

May I ask if graduating students thereat don't encounter problems with the completion of their cases that are required by PRC before taking the board exam?

May I ask if graduating students thereat don't encounter problems with the completion of their cases that are required by PRC before taking the board exam?

May I know what are the required cases or how many required cases needed in order to qualify to take the Local Board exam?

as far as i know no problems with the completion...
