Good nursing Lit?!?

hey everyone,

i am a bored student waiting to be placed for nursing program in arizona, and was wondering if anyone has some good literature for people whom are going into nursing, or that has to do with nursing?!? any recommendations would be helpful! thanks guys!

A great book to read is "Stressed Out About Nursing School" second edition by Stephanie Thibeault great book for prenursing students.

I think it would be good idea look into Test-

Taking Techniques for Beginning Nursing Students,

cause those tests are different than majority of so

called"standart tests"

One more thing I didn't think of until just recently, do you know anyone who already went through nursing school? I asked a co-worker of mine who was enrolled just this year if I could borrow one of his text books. It'll give me a little bit of a jump start on learning. I got his A&P text and his Fundamentals of Nursing. I would try to find people who might have gone recently as SO much changes all the time in the profession itself, I can only imagine that the texts change as well. Good Luck.

okay, i want to take a second to thank everyone who recommeded good reads for the summer! i bought Nursing against the odds, im already almost done with it, its an amazing book and gives alot of good insight, i really do recommend it to anyone who is going into nursing. my next one im ordering is how to survive and maybe even love nursing school! i will keep all you updated!
