i live in Palmdale, California about an 1 to 1 1/2 hours from Los angeles and the colleges i have heard about is american career college and concorde. I have seen commercials on TV about these two colleges and they seem like really good schools but probably not cheap, although you can get financial aid and student loans. i do not think that there is any pre-reques, you might have to take an assessment test nmaybe but that's about it. I really hope this helps, keep us posted ok:nurse::monkeydance::monkeydance:

Hi guys,
Well, all the above mentioned schools are good...HOWEVER, I've found that the best ones are West/East Valley Occupation Centers...they only cost $2000...they kick your butt while you're in school (i.e. you learn A LOT), and they have a 100% pass rate on the NCLEX. Good luck whatever you choose.
