It seems like every cohort/application cycle has one of these pages. I wanted to start a new thread for the Spring 2023 cycle so we can keep each other updated during the application period and ask questions. Best wishes to everyone applying!
@Jacq it’ll probably help to go to the informational meeting too and ask about scheduling and questions. I know nursing school changes a lot and with continuous COVID changes, curriculums and schedules can change. So I’m sure everything Kenji is saying is accurate but it can definitely change by the time we get to those semesters. ? but thank you @Kenji12345 for being so so incredibly informative!!

Yup pretty much. Case in point my cohort did our clinical at hospitals and this semester is doing Skilled Nursing Facilities since they have reopened to nursing students/relaxed COVID restrictions. Oct 11 is your best bet to get some answers before orientation.

I looked up the class schedule but they don't have Spring 2023 yet.

It is a Zoom meeting the GWC chapter of CNSA will be hosting for Pre-nursing and nursing curious students. I can't post the info here, but it should be posted in the Nursing office - I will check on Monday - and I will try to see if I can get the info posted in the STEM center if possible.

Second only has 1 lab/NEST day and it's about 3.5 Hours. So in total, 2nd semester is on campus for 2 days, 1 for lecture, 1 for NEST/Lab.
First Semester has 2 NEST days during the first 5 weeks of their semester. When clinical starts for them, they also only have 1 NEST/Lab day per week.
