I first want to say thank you Jesus..I couldn't have donr it without Him...
I have shared my testimony a couple of times on this site so this one will be short...I graduated in April of 2006...Shortly after that my mother died from Cancer and its like my world was turned upside down...From then I was hit with so many trials and tribulations....I was even caught in the middle of an attempted robbery and got shot in the leg in Feb. Everytime I was about to take this test something trageic happens... I just wanted to give up...Constantly asking God why me? I began logging onto this site and reading about so many people who have gone thru hell and water also and I didn't feel alone anymore....I have never seen these people or heard their voices but I tell you it helped me get up enough courage and say I"m going to do this no matter what. I did Suzannes Plan! It works! Being I graduated 2 years ago, Saunders gave me a refresher on all the content I needed to pass...Its time consuming but your career is worth it.
I passed on the first attempt and I got all 265 questions. I was so nervous after 75 the computer kept going I looked and was at 110 and had to take a break...I was freaking out...then by 200 I was a wreck...I stopped closed my eyes and took a deep breath said a prayer and I know God wouldn't have brought me this far to leave me...So I kept on until 265!
I had just about everything on the test. I got 2 math questions which was pediatric mg/kg. schizo, depression, cushings, fractures, crutches, a few on multiple sclerosis, meneires disease, ALS, parkinsons,..no ob questions..I had a lot of patient teaching with medications...i got quite a few on positioning also...if this happened to the patient how would you position them?...I had about 5 on disaters...like a disater just happened and who would the nurse discharge to make room for a new patient...also the nurse would intervene if she see the LPN or nursing assistant doing this...Who would the nurse call back first..who would the nurse see first. what patient would the nurse assign a floating nurse too...oh infection control also...who would go in a private room...if the patient had to be transported would you put a mask on them etc.... which 2 patients can you put in the same room...thats all I can remember...I hope this helps future nclex takers.
I'm so happy I passed! God is so good.
Thanks Suzanne for your help...I appreciate it...Being I was out of school so long your plan helped so much.

GOD IS REALLY GOOD...HE really is an Amazing GOD!!!!
I wish you more blessings to come.
I WOULD FIRST LIKE TO SAY ALL GLORY GOES TO GOD
I have shared my testimony a few times on this site so this one will be short. I graudated in April of 2006. I was scheduled to take my
test in Aug of 06 and right before the test my mother died from Cancer...I was so distraught and NCLEX was furthest from my mind..so after that it seem like one bad thing after another..Everytime I was about to take the test something trageic happens...I even got shot in an attempted robbery this past Feb. So now I'm down and out because I been out of school for 2 years I kept doubting that I could do it...But God is good...I came to this site everyday sometimes 2 and 3 times a day to read other peoples success stories and testimonies and I tell you I have never met you
all but it gave me encouragement I needed to go on. You all had become my support system...Some stories I cried when I read, some stories I cheered when I read..Its like I needed to read them all to take it in and know I wasn't alone. I followed Suzannes Plan and it helped...Saunders gave me all the knowledge content I needed..Especially being out of school for 2 years..I studied Kaplan questions before starting suzannes plan and their questions are more like the NCLEX...but if you study only Saunders you will be able to pass...Its time consuming but your career is worth it!
I passed the test on my first attempt and I got all 265 questions!! When the computer kept going after 75 I was getting nervous but then again I was relieved because that meant the computer was giving me a chance to get some more questions right. At question 125 I took a break...by question 200 I was a wreck..I closed my eyes and did some deep breathing exercises...I knew God wouldn't have brought me this far to leave me now..so I kept on too 265!
I got just about everything on the test..I had 2 med calculations which was peds mg/kg. I had schizo, depression, cushings, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, ALS, Meneire's disease, fractures, crutches, a lot of patient teaching on medications...no ob questions I got a lot on Priority, delegation, assignment...who would the nurse see first, who would the nurse call back first, the nurse would intervene if she saw the LPN/nursing asst doing this..who would the nurse assign the LPN/ too...disaster questions like who would the nurse discharge to make room for disater victims. infection control who would be assigned to a private room...what 2 patients can you assign in the same room...how would you transport a patient..would you put a mask or put a mask on the patient...and some on positioning..if the patient was having a complication how would you position them in bed...Thats about all I can remember..I hope this can help some future NCLEX-RN takers. Don't give up hope if your computer dont shut off at 75...
Thanks Suzanne for sharing your plan with me...

I agree that God is good, but you are the one that did the work!! God gave you the patience to study and the peace to relax. But God alone did not pass the Nclex you did, thank him for his help but know that you too need to pat your self on the back!!
Best of luck to you on an ever exciting future!!!
