The answer is probably be Yes but I would have thought the problem would be whether you need a visa to go to Hong Kong to sit the exam

I believe so. Just make sure that your passport or any of the valid ID's specified by pearson-vue has your name signed in English characters. They are very strict on this.

Isn't HK part of Mainland China? I could not figure out why you cannot take your exam there.
