Hey everyone, I was accepted into the program. I signed up for the April 26 CPR class at GCC. I did the background check and i take the drug test this Friday. We really do have a lot to do in such a short period of time.
Vet tech in think we sat together at the info session!

Cool! At least I will know someone! lol. Did everyone sign up for advisement? I signed up for the may 17th CPR class because I have a sat class.
Ashle,
did you just call the lab and schedule your urine test. I don't see instructions for that anywhere.
Well I set mine up online with lab corp. They (the background check company) emailed me a lab slip that I have to Print out and bring with me. I scheduled with my advisor on April 22. I'm trying to get everything taken care of ASAP.
I signed up for advisement on the 22nd also. I also did my urine test today. Once you sign up, they send you an email with a registration number and you give that to them.
Maybe I'll see you there @sdougan! I had to wait until I had a baby sitter so I could get the urine test.

I signed up for the May 17th class. Have you guys heard anything about what first semester is going to be like? I've read some older posts from a few years ago and I saw that they send a syllabus over the summer for things to complete by the first day.
Wow I can't believe some of you guys did the urine test already! I won't be able to do it till friday. I also have advisement on the 22. I hope we get to pick our classes. Does anyone know what days they want?
Yeah I'm trying to get everything completed early so I don't have to rush later. I think I'm going to choose mon-wed classes all early times. What about you vet tech?
