Hi everyone!
Thought I could start this thread for anyone that is applying to the GCC Nursing Program this spring? I'm just getting my portfolio organized and prepared. I have to take the HESI one more time on Feb 24th and attend an info session on Feb 28th and I'm all set. I'm so nervous! But, I'm going to try to be optimistic. I look forward to hearing from you guys :) Take Care~
We are going to have a blast getting to do this together!! Well, as much of a blast as you CAN have in a program that makes your head spin!:sstrs:
I know! I so agree with you! I remember in micro when you were telling me your HESI scores.... and that made me a little nervous as to whether or not mine would be good enough. And can you believe that I almost didn't go to the information session on Feb 28th..... and I almost didn't turn in my packet because I thought I wouldn't even have a chance. Now how stupid would that have been?! lol. I tend to second guess myself sometimes, but I'm glad I applied! I think this is probably the best news I've ever received in my entire life, besides President's List
I'm glad you applied and I hope you've learned not to question yourself as much!
I'll be working on my psych test during those days. It is due the day after Easter and I'm having Easter dinner here and have a lot of prep to do for it! I'm working on the psych test right now, too.
Right after Easter I'll be doing the final psych test, which shouldn't be very difficult and then studying for my Spanish final. I'm looking forward to delving into the stack of books sitting next to my sofa once school is finished! It will be my nightly reading!
Is it an open book take home test? It's psych of human development right? I'm taking that in the summer with Goodwin. It's like 2 weeks.... can't wait for it to be over lol.
I know same here. I think I'll do some reading in the afternoon, but my home is not necessarily the quietest... so I will have to work on finding a quiet place so I can get into my zone~ lol
