Hello future nurses,

I am starting a thread for Glendale Community College for those of us that applied just recently in August for the Spring 2016. Please post on here if you hear anything back from the school regarding acceptance. I understand it is a lottery based program, but I am unsure of how many spots are available. From what I have gathered, we should hear the latest by November via email. Good luck everyone!

I believe acceptance / denial letters went out ! I was unfortunately not accepted to GCC for winter /spring :( . Good luck to all tho !

hi everyone, I just got my acceptance email from Glendale and LAVC today. But was waitlisted for Pierce since last month. As for COC, they told me that they were missing a transcript that I handed to them in person to the admission office. I have taken the TEAS V test in August and passed with a score of 87.3%. As for LAVC, when I asked about how many spots were available, they said that there will be 40 seats but they haven't decided yet because they were waiting for the scores of those who were invited for the TEAS test. I got my acceptance letter, but will be declining since I got into my first choice school. Good luck to everyone and if you're an alternate keep your hopes up, and if you weren't selected don't give up.

I didn't get accepted... good gpa and good teas score...I'm transferring from an out of state school (just pre-reqs). Don't know if maybe that has to do with it?
