So what did you decide? Are you going to be an alternate?

Hi Bsherm,

I ended up going with Pierce. When I spoke to the lady at Glendale she said the 2 pre-nursing program summer classes start in June and its a little too soon for me (I am planning to move from OC to LA at the beginning of August). I was able to get more insight about Pierce's program and I feel a lot more comfortable with accepting a spot there.

Thats great, I am glad you had options. I was actually really excited to find out the program started in June, I am currently miserable at my job and it only means that I can quit sooner! Hahaha! Well best of luck to you!

Hi I am a student at Merced College finishing up my pre reqs into the RN program here. We are thinking of moving closer to Glendale so I was wanting to know what the gpa requirement is to apply at the GCC and what other classes are required to apply to the RN program? Also, is Glendale a nice place to live? I have 2 children also. Thanks for any help. Good luck to everyone applying and just keep praying. Your time will come. :)

What percent of applicants are accepted into the Gcc nursing program?

Hello! I'm just sent in my application for the 2015 Fall ADN Program. I was wondering how long you guys had to wait before you were excepted? Like, did you have to get put on a waitlist before being accepted? Thanks for all your help!
