give up

I have taken the nclex once back in November, I failed and it has been a nightmare since

im terrified to take it again, ive been studying with ATI which I suck badly at I cannot score higher than 70s! pathetic I know I just don't know how to answer nclex questions and when I get the answered revealed I think to myself wow your dumb you knew that! I hate the fact it has been a year since I graduated nursing school and yet Im working as a receptionist that makes less than 9hr I give up I no longer want to continue studying and seeing the horrible score I obtain I give up on stressing out on the nclex ive lost all motivation im so discouraged I just don't know how to go on I cant belive I graduated top of my class and cannot seem to pass the nclex

Have you tried the Saunders (or a similar) review? The questions you are asked there are VERY similar to those asked on the NCLEX. Good luck.

My post might get moderated because it might be considered advertising something but I'm pretty sure I'm being compliant here. If not, I apologize.

Anyway. I attended this company's workshop and bought the book. It helped me a lot. I have test anxiety, I've known that since high school. Had to learn some skills that helped me get to the point where my test scores reflected my knowledge and studying.

I thought the above company's advice on taking NCLEX was superior to most others. Just getting the book and going through it will help you a lot too in my opinion.

Hope you feel better soon.

ATI might be the issue. I loved ATI during school because it helped with the actual nursing classes, but for NCLEX prep it is seriously lacking. ATI questions are nothing like NCLEX questions!

I always recommend UWorld. The rationales are awesome and the questions are similar to what you see on the NCLEX.
