do you mean why can't a student give lovenox?
what reading have you done about not just the drug itself but about various types of strokes and cardiac issues?
lovenox is not a drug one gives casually or without being very very well versed in because of why it is given, side effects to
watch for, how fragile your patients are...
Oh no
heparin and lovenox in the same drug class but we can give heparin iv but can't give lovenox iv !!
What is the reason ??

not to nit pick, but the bright yellow is almost impossible to read....
also, are you in a country other than the us? in the us lovenox is the usual trade/brand name, although when i look it up i see that clexane a brand name too. the generic name is enoxaparin. (sorry, just a little clarification on this).
is this a homework question or you just wanted to know?
Well, Lovenox can be given IV in certain specific case scenarios as a one time dose.
Acute STEMI in patients younger than 75 yr of age in conjunction with aspirin30 mg IV bolus plus 1 mg/kg subcutaneously, followed by 1 mg/kg subcutaneously once daily

Your restrictions are based in your facilities policies and approval by medicine and the pharmacy board.
Google is your friend........Let me google that for you
