My gf wears a lot of light color scrubs like pink and white and light blue and her thong is visable everyday she goes to work I'm not sure if she knows that everyone can see through them or she just doesn't care and should she wear thongs with scrubs
In my unit we make fun of these ignorant women. We call them whale tails! Seriously though, tell your girlfriend she needs to be taught how to dress for work, no woman likes to be told that they are the ones who don't know what they're doing. If that doesn't bother her then she obviously is doing it for another reason and you should question your relationship with her all together.

Is there a nurse like her every where though that kinda dresses provocitvly
She has dark pants but barly wears them and when she does her thing kinda pokes out of the top
Dude you need to man the heck up! Tell her in no uncertain terms that he isn't allowed to both wear what she is wearing AND have you as her boyfriend. I simply would not allow my girlfriend to dress like that for work. She would have to make a choice, dress like that or find a new boyfriend.

There are, but not all of them will be your problem because you are not dating them, you are dating her specifically. Also, the women who do dress this way are often gossiped about and sometimes even made fun of for doing this because it's common sense to dress professional. If she wants people to take her seriously she would learn how to dress more appropriately. She is bound to work with other disciplines in her hospital that includes male employees (housekeeping, respiratory, lab, MDs, other nursing staff, etc.) so with that being said, she is doing herself a disservice by showing people that she is unconcerned with people seeing the outline of her PRIVATE parts while working. Also as nursing staff we help patients which can include bending, sitting, crouching, etc. in order to do procedures or assist patients in other ways and sometimes that is a team effort with other nursing staff.
When I go to work this is how I dress: One white t-shirt that is my undershirt beneath my scrub top, my scrub top, white or black BIKINI cut underwear, compression socks and regular socks with a good pair of my favorite Nikes. My white shirt is so that when I lean over a patient for whatever reason they aren't getting a direct eye view of my cleavage (some nurses wear an undershirt and some don't which isn't as big of a deal - just personal preference and body shape really). My underwear Are bikini cut so they are high enough that my scrub top with a lightweight nursing jacket completely covers it through my scrubs. Even without a jacket the lines are barely noticeable. Victorias Secret is where I bought them and there is boundless textures that they have that will be a great fit for scrubs. I only do this out of respect for my professional appearance, myself and my husband. When you aren't around your spouse/SO you trust them to make decisions that are appropriate when you are not there. If she isn't acknowledging or respecting how you feel then you don't need to be with her.

So she's pretty much the slutty nurse of her unit and I would guess the other girl nurses are saying stuff about her prob not the guys tho
Am I the only one who thinks this nurse just doesn't believe her wardrobe is inappropriate? I could see a girlfriend rolling her eyes when her boyfriend calls her out on see through underwear or seems fixated on her underwear. She may actually be in denial and think her boyfriend (OP) is overreacting and being controlling. I wanted to point this out because it may not be her intention to show off her underwear/get attention. Perhaps if she heard this from an unbiased source she might believe it and reevaluate her dress. Obviously no one from her workplace has complained so she may not see a problem with it.
I don't know, something about this just rubs me the wrong way. Maybe it's because I have had family members in abusive relationships where the husband became obsessed with how the wife dressed. I mean if you heard this guy describe my family members clothing you would be shocked that anyone could walk out in public like that. Then you would see my family member and realize that she was dressed entirely appropriate. It was all in his head that she was dressing to get male attention.
I don't like the terms "slutty" being used to describe this girlfriend/nurse. What makes a person a ****? Why, even if she was dressing like this intentionally specifically for male attention, why would that make her "the slutty nurse on the unit"? Language like that makes me question the OP's version of events...
Just my two cents. I'm probably way off base here in my interpretation, but I honestly didn't get this suspicious feeling until the word slutty was used.

Seems to me that she is deliberatly attempting to to attract attention from someone. I simply would not allow my girlfriend to wear see through pants to work. There are simply no good reasons or justifications to do so. Her motivations are very suspect.
