Don't worry---I think that is normal.

I too am having the jitters. I am starting clinicals this semester, and it will be the first time that I have been a full time student in about 7 years.

Needless to say, I am very nervous.

Hang in. I thought it was just me too. For as long as I've worked, it may be easy to convince me to drop it all right now.

Clinicals start in 4 weeks.

It's funny when you think you are the only one who feels this way, but in reality we are not. I guess this is normal then.

babynursewannab, I can relate to working so long that it would be just too easy to say "forget it", I don't want to do it.

I'm not only having cold feet but my stomach is actually turning. Don't know why though! "cause I've been in school all my life (on and off). I think that I finally realized that I'm really serious about nursing.

When I received my first book that I had purchase online I was excited tough! My hubby thought I won the lotto or something... lol

No books, no instructors, no all night studying sessions! Yahoooo!

Then nursing school starts :eek:

I've had "cold feet" since I got my acceptance letter in May!

I've in school of and on for several years also and never felt this way. Maybe it is my way also of being sure of what I am doing. I think part of my problem is, I am afraid that I will fail, will get grossed out, won't be able to give shots, etc.

Where did you order your books? I am looking into the online order to see if I can save some money. From the school, it will cost me $322.00 for my books. But ordering online, I wonder if I will not save because of shipping costs.
