It is fairly easy. Once you are licensed in your state, go to Arizona's board of nursing site on the internet. Each state will instruct you how to apply for a licensure for endorsement. (I hope I am saying that right) Usually you have to pay a fee around 50-100 dollars, show proof of a present nursing license, may have to present a criminal background check etc. You can download what you need and send it in. If you need a liscense fast just apply also for a temporary license in which you can use until you get your permanent license. It is easy and fairly fast. You will probablly receive your license within a month to 6 weeks. I am a travel nurse so I do this often when I have to apply for new states. Good luck!

Don't forget that some states require Continuing Education, too.
