Gerontology....Who has or is taking this class soon???

Who's taking it winter 2? Have you gotten your book? Are you buying or renting?

Also, if you have taken it, any advice? :D

This is gonna be tough for me. Nearly all of my older relatives have already passed away, the few who remain are either in late stage dementia or refuse to speak to anyone from my side of the family, allegedly because of the something that happened at a wedding (or was it a funeral?) thirty years ago.

Neighbor? Coworker? Patient? Check-out lady at the supermarket?

Has anyone looked through the course content on this class? I have .... module 5 - develop a long care plan related to caring for the aging client. **&&^%$ :banghead: ---- NANDA!!!!! Just kill me now. I haven't written a care plan in ^&^%%$$%# years

Happy to say I had to do it(SOAP notes actually) in Health Appraisal while all you guys blew right past me :lol2:. Hopefully it will help me....

Now, now lets not panic! It doesn't pay to look too far ahead....it's only stress inducing! I think most of us are in the same boat so we can get thru it together. Anybody in section 131?

I STILL make stupid mistakes and pay for them. Last paper I accidentally capitalized the words "running head"...... 1/2 point mistake takes 2 1/2 points off the grade!! It's insane.....
