Gordon College has about a 100% pass rate of the NCLEX the highest one in the state at this time. My school's only 86%. I wish I had know that before I started.:angryfire

Hi,
I'm thinking about applying to Kennesaw state university. Do I need to start the pre-requisites at the Georgia Perimeter college? Tell me more about Kennesaw.
Thanks. :)

I'm planning on moving to Georgia in june 2010. I wanted to know what georgia pay MDS coordinator, unit manager, ADON, Staff development with experience. I was looking on monster.com and say that Kindred health care was hiring. Need some advice on pay rate in Georgia. Plan to get some Home health to be more marketable. I am currently making 31.25 here in FL for risk manager/staff development. (it's salary and it sucks. ) I made more as an LPN working in MDS with over time on the floor.

Well, new grads in the Atlanta area typically earn $20/hr as base pay. If you're willing to work nights or weekends, you'll make more money. I worked with one new grad who signed up for weekend nights and with all her differentials working only her three shifts earned her $50,000 more per year than if she worked weekdays only.Atlanta may pay more than smaller counties, but hopefully your cost of living is lower to compensate. :)
